I'm no BS, minimal woo, scientifically minded, and I won't offer you education or techniques I haven't learned, explored, and tested myself. I'll change your life.

My sensitivity—and the ways I experience and process the world—required me to develop skills, systems, boundaries, and a stronger understanding of myself.

My scientific training and intuitive development were cultivated in parallel.
